Thoughts on writing, web design, and business

Innovate, deploy, repeat

MySpace is so, like, 2005.

Constant innovation is what keeps your web apps -- and any other product or service -- on top, especially with fickle customers. Once your primary focus becomes milking every dollar out of your success, then innovation stagnates and you become last year's hottest trend, or a joke on one of those "I Love the [decade]" shows on VH1.

Resist the temptation.

Innovate, deploy, repeat. In that order.
