Ariba's eBuy web application enabled Kmart managers to approve supply requisitions online. The goal of this tri-fold job aid was to give users quick, visual instructions on how to perform the software's most common tasks.
Online Help: CBT/IDL Online Toolkit
This online Help system aids Kmart store managers in setting up their Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Interactive Distance Learning (IDL) systems. It has reduced the time managers spend on support calls and eliminated the cost of printing the Help information for Kmart's 1500+ stores.
