Tools: Articulate Engage.<br \/>\n<a name=\"micro\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Microlearning &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/robsteinerauthor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/POSMiniLearnTopic-SYWPenetrationRecap.pdf\">MiniLearn Scenario Quiz<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Released weekly, the MiniLearn questions gave store cashiers small scenarios that promoted best practices and discouraged negative behaviors. Cashiers received points in the LMS for a 100% score. Those points contributed to a nationwide leader board that was updated monthly with the highest scores.<br \/>\n<a name=\"responsive\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Responsive E-learning &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/robsteiner.net\/portfolio\/adapt\/index.html\">The Novels of Rob Steiner<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Responsive e-learning ensures that a single version of a course provides a viewing experience optimized for all devices, from desktop to tablet to smart phones. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adaptlearning.org\/\">Adapt<\/a> is a free, open-source e-learning development tool that excels at this. Written with an Agile sensibility to provide &#8220;just in time&#8221; course development specifications.
